I have been running for well over 20 years. I speak your language. When you say to me threshold session, BQ, SLR, DNF and runner’s trots I understand what you’re talking about.

I understand what it’s like to train for a race, juggling the demands of training with everyday stresses and the constant battle to prevent injury.

Can you say that about other Nutrition Coaches?

I do not subscribe to a one-size fits all approach. You and I both know from training and racing that we are all different. No matter what stage you’re at with your running you’ll learn strategies tailored to YOUR specific needs.

But above all, my aim is to push you to achieve your goals, hold you accountable, support you along the way, and be your biggest cheerleader no matter the outcome of your race.
