I came to Zuzana because I was experiencing serious gut issues when doing endurance racing. Zuzana looked at my diet and hydration and we discussed gels and general food intake. She quickly identified that I probably wasn't hydrating enough in life and in running and needed to up my water and electrolytes in particular. 

I have run a 50 miler and an 100k since the sessions and both were significantly better for me with a better hydration regime. In fact a thought my long- distance running might be over but Zuzana has given me the tools to do things differently. I am so grateful!
