Cost: £89* Duration: 1 hr via Zoom

This is a popular one-off session ideal for anyone who is serious about their diet to improve their performance. And who is in need of expert advice to get their performance nutrition on the right track.

What is included?

  • High-level review of your current eating habits and your diet in general 

  • Identifying obvious gaps and areas for improvement 

  • Personalised report including recommendations and specific action points to drive improvements in performance.

RACE DAY FUELLING

Cost: £149* Duration: 2 hrs* via Zoom

(*follow up sessions available at £50)

This is an ideal session for those looking to improve their performance by taking control of their race-day fuelling strategy.

What’s included?

  • Pre-race nutrition review. Ensuring you are getting to the start line with optimal energy reserves.

  • Race-day fuelling plan tailored to your personalised needs, taking into consideration your race goal, race distance, etc.

  • Personalised report, including specific fuel recommendations, timings of the fuel and your energy and hydration requirements calculated.

*this is split into 90 minute initial session & 30 minute follow up

1:1 NUTRITION COACHING

(Minimum 3 months commitment required)

COST: Initial session £89 & £69 per month thereafter

Whether you’re looking to step up your day to day nutrition to optimise sports performance, improve general health, or lose a bit of weight safely and sustainably, these coaching sessions are for you!

What is included?

  • Defining your goals and desired outcomes.

  • Review of your current nutrition and eating habits in the context of your goals.

  • Helping you understand what foods to eat and when and in what quantities to ensure you are eating in line with your desired outcomes.

  • Personalised report after each session including meal/foods suggestions, specific action points, and additional resources where appropriate.

  • Access to me via WhatsApp or email for the duration of the plan.
